Inside, you will find a living area with living room and a large separate kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor, there is also an elegant loft suite with a kitchen, a double bedroom, a triple bedroom and a bathroom. Villa Romantica sleeps 13 in total
Living room
On the ground floor is the comfortable living area consisting of a large dining kitchen of 30 m² with a breakfast bar and a bleached solid wood table for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, toaster, espresso machine, kettle, Smart TV and much more. From the kitchen you have direct access to the outdoor patio and pool: it will be great to prepare your meals while enjoying the garden and pool views! Next to the kitchen, the living room is decorated in beige and taupe tones. Here, the large corner sofa, 50″ Smart TV and built-in bookcase make the room especially comfortable.
Sleeping area
The sleeping area consists of four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom so guests have complete privacy. Each room is equipped with a smart TV, a desk and a large built-in wardrobe. The mattresses and toppers are of high quality to ensure guests have a pleasant, restful sleep. Cotton satin bedding is also provided. Each bathroom is equipped with a towel set and a hairdryer. The flat is complete with a laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and cleaning utensils.
La Suite” dependance
An external staircase leads to the suite on the first floor. The same elegant atmosphere and feeling of being at home can be found in this flat. The large attic living room is particularly cosy with its bleached-wood ceilings and soft furnishings. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and all kinds of accessories, as well as a dining area with a large blondwood table for up to six people. In this accommodation, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with three single beds, and a large bathroom with washing machine. Each bedroom has its own 40″ smart TV and a comfortable desk for smart work. The living room is equipped with a 50″ smart TV and a comfortable sofa, from the living room you can also access the balcony. The loft flat is air-conditioned in every room and has high-speed wi-fi.
The garden
Villa Romantica fits perfectly into the pristine and enchanting landscape of Lake Idro. The highlight is undoubtedly the outdoor space with incredible views of the surrounding green mountains. The villa is set in a planted park of 5000 square metres, with complete privacy, where there is a beautiful and large swimming pool (11x5mt) surrounded by a large terrace and pergolas in the shade from which you can enjoy delicious lunches and refreshing breaks with a 14-seater table. In front of the pool there is also a large relaxation area enriched with a comfortable corner bench, as well as a beautiful solarium equipped with comfortable loungers. Guests have access to a large outdoor stone barbecue. There is also private parking on site with enough space for 4 cars and bicycles.
