Lake Idro is surrounded by hiking trails. Monte Censo (1.012 m) is one of them. At Anfo, take the road to Baremone; after 2 hairpin bends and a long right turn, you will see a little church appear on your right. Park your car next to or near the little church. From there you continue on foot on path 433. In terms of difficulty, this walking route is considered to be average and with a short one and a half hour walk you will be on top. Once there you can admire the whole lake from north to south
