“Ca da Ri” is located in the oldest residential area of the village of Castel Condino. There is evidence that the building’s construction dates back to at least 1258. Despite the recent renovation, where original materials have been improved, it has retained the typical characteristics of rural houses in the Alps.
The apartments have been renovated with the same irregularities as the original walls; the attic rooms, once hay warehouses, have the traditional roof plates clearly visible while the roof is covered with terracotta tiles.
Castel Condino is a small mountain village in the Valle del Chiese, it is rich in popular traditions and peasant art. Traces of history can be found in pre-Roman times, while the current urban structure has its roots in the Middle Ages.
This house has several apartments of different sizes with a sitting area, dining area and kitchenware, for two or four people. With one or two bedrooms.
Nearby Castel Condino is Lake Roncone and Lake Idro is a 20 km drive away.
Castel Condino is an ideal base for those who love peace, hiking and nature. But this location is also perfect for an active holiday.
