We welcome our guests to our agritur in the countryside, in a panoramic and peaceful setting, surrounded by the vineyards and orchards of our agriturismo.
Our “philosophy” is inspired by an all-round taste experience: food is not only a pleasure for the palate, but also an opportunity to discover and get to know people, places and traditions.
The culture of good food is a fixed point to which our agriturismo pays extreme attention. From the careful choice of ingredients, often grown directly on our farm, to the presentation of the dish and the attention to detail… to accompanying our guests on a journey that involves all the senses!
Our chef, Daniel, loves to combine ancient flavours with more contemporary ones, and offers guests typical, refined dishes inspired by Trentino culture and tradition, such as Storo polenta in its different variations.
The Agritur ‘La Polentera‘ is located a short distance from the northern end of Lake Idro.
